Prosciutto Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Easy & Delicious! | Serves 6

Grocery List

  • 1/2 lb of thin sliced prosciutto ham
  • 1 jar of sun dried-tomatoes
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 small containers of heavy whipping cream (each is ½ pint)
  • 1 lb box of penne pasta
  • 1 package/container of fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion

Ingredients

  • Sliced prosciutto ham
  • Sun dried tomatoes cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1.5 cup of heaving whipping cream
  • 1 lb of cooked penne pasta
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Medium onion diced up

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta and place in large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, toss in onions when butter is almost melted. Cook onions until soft.
  3. Mix in prosciutto ham when onions are soft, sauté until ham is cooked through.
  4. Mix In sun-dried tomatoes and sauté all together over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy whipping cream and cook on low until heated through (less than 5 minutes).
  6. Pour entire sauce over cooked noodles.
  7. Lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over dish and mix through. Enjoy!
