Prosciutto Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Easy & Delicious! | Serves 6
Grocery List
- 1/2 lb of thin sliced prosciutto ham
- 1 jar of sun dried-tomatoes
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 small containers of heavy whipping cream (each is ½ pint)
- 1 lb box of penne pasta
- 1 package/container of fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
Ingredients
- Sliced prosciutto ham
- Sun dried tomatoes cut in small pieces
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1.5 cup of heaving whipping cream
- 1 lb of cooked penne pasta
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Medium onion diced up
Preparation

- Cook pasta and place in large bowl.
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, toss in onions when butter is almost melted. Cook onions until soft.
- Mix in prosciutto ham when onions are soft, sauté until ham is cooked through.
- Mix In sun-dried tomatoes and sauté all together over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy whipping cream and cook on low until heated through (less than 5 minutes).
- Pour entire sauce over cooked noodles.
- Lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over dish and mix through. Enjoy!
